Who we are
Trophy Box is operated by The Locker by Headline (shopwithheadline.com). These terms cover buying, ripping, selling back, and shipping Headline Trophy Boxes. Purchases are processed through our store checkout and are also subject to the store’s policies presented there.
You must be 18 or older
Trophy Box is for adults. By purchasing or ripping a box you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
What a pack is — and what it isn’t
Every pack is a real, physical set of trading cards that we build, photograph, and seal before it goes on sale. A pack’s contents are fixed and cryptographically committed at listing time — nothing is decided by your click, and no draw happens after your purchase. You are buying a specific sealed pack, exactly as if you picked it off a shelf. See how our fairness system works.
All sales are final once a pack is ripped
Once you begin revealing a pack’s cards, the purchase cannot be refunded or exchanged. Unripped packs are covered by the store policies shown at checkout.
The 72-hour decision window
After a card is revealed you have 72 hours to choose: ship it home (free) or sell it back instantly for the offer shown. If you don’t choose in time, the card automatically sells back at the full offer — never less — and the credit goes straight to your Headline Rewards. Nothing is forfeited. A live countdown is shown on every undecided card, and we send a reminder before the window closes.
Sell-back credit
Sell-back offers are stated up front at reveal time. Accepted sell-backs are credited to your Headline Rewards as store credit, spendable on the website and in the shop. Credit is not cash, is non-transferable, and has no expiry games.
Shipping
Cards you keep ship free. Queue as many as you like and request the shipment when you’re ready; cards ship protected and tracked. Risk of loss passes to you on carrier delivery.
Card values
Displayed comp values are good-faith market estimates at the time we build the pack, based on recent comparable sales. They are informational, move with the market, and are not a promise of resale value.
Your account
Your store sign-in is your rips sign-in. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or attempts to game the fairness system — with any owed cards or credit still honored.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll ask you to accept the new version before your next rip. The version that applies to a rip is the one you accepted when you ripped.
